What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, pragmatic, and inspired approach to creating a fuller, more satisfying life. You, the client, come with a goal or a desire — to perform at your potential, to live more healthfully, to chart a new career path, to get un-stuck. As your coach, I will bring simple but powerful tools, targeted inquiry, reflection, focus, and strategies to help make choices and act on them to transform your life. You have the answers, and I will help you find them. I will invite, challenge, and hold you accountable in achieving your goals.
Is Coaching for You?

Balance
We talk a lot about life balance – as if it were a static thing to achieve and then we’re done. The reality is that our priorities change over time, our goals may come into conflict, and our needs and the needs of our career or relationships vary. Through coaching, we will try to keep you moving toward the balance that feels right at a given time. We do this one piece at a time, always guided by your values, inspired by your dreams, and rooted in pragmatism.
